ANZAC Day - Dawn Service
Vanuatu police band playing the national anthem of Vanuatu, Australia and New Zealand during the ANZAC Dawn Service this morning.
Held every year at dawn at the cenotaph overlooking Port Vila and the harbour. While in particular it commemorates the landing of Australian and New Zealand troops at Gallipoli on 25 April 1915, it also pays hommage to those who fought and died in all wars.

Fresh Tuna
Caught this morning just off the coast of Vanuatu on the photograhers boat Ahi by some visitors from South Australia, Tony & Henry Riggs. Two Yelowfin Tuna and two Skipjack Tuna. One of the Skipjack Tuna was a new Vanuatu Mens record, 7.4Kg on 8Kg line - well done young Henry.

Fish Aggregating Device (FAD)
Local patrol boat RVS Tukoro assists with the deployment of a FAD off Moso Island. The FAD was paid for by the Port Vila Game Fishing Club with assistance from local charter operators.
